"Sarah has been great with our boisterous border collie x husky. Still only 11 months old, he can be a bit of a handful on the lead, especially around other dogs. He can also be a bit nervous of new objects, places, or routines. Knowing this about him, we were looking for a dog walker who would get to know Mac and patiently learn to live with his little quirks, like refusing to get in the car sometimes. Sarah has been incredibly understanding and everything we could want in a dog walker. She has quickly become Mac’s best friend and the days he sees Sarah are his favourite of the week. So much so, he can’t wait to hop in the van and go explore these days."

"Can’t recommend highly enough. Sarah and all the family have welcomed our 5 month old Pug Eddie into their home for daycare - he absolutely loves it, literally runs straight in and doesn’t look back. We get regular updates and pics throughout the day and Eddie has been well socialised with other dogs in the process. He’s quite the excitable pup and Sarah is super patient with him even when he jumps in the pond! We are always confident in knowing he is being well looked after and showered with attention which he loves. Very professional and flexible to our needs. 10/10!"

"We’ve found exactly what we were looking for with Barkworth, they treat our pups as individuals and know their needs inside and out. It is a huge relief knowing our dogs are in the best of hands and having so much fun, with plenty of updates along the way. So much so we’ve increased our bookings. Entirely flexible and so fairly priced, couldn’t recommend them enough!"

"We were fortunate enough to have Barkworth Doggy Day Care recommended to us after our little Reg had been with a different company that couldn't provide regular care and I'm so glad that the first one fell through because now I wouldn't trust anyone else with Reg, I really wouldn't. Both Sarah and Jen are genuine people with a clear love of all the animals they care for. They send us vids and pics of what he gets up to throughout the day. He has soooo much fun and I am NEVER worried whilst he's in their care and when Reg was taken seriously ill both Sarah and Jen went above and beyond to help his recovery. They love my Reg as much as I do and he loves them just the same back. I wouldn't recommend anyone else, they're as much a part of Reg's life as his mum and dad are."

"Sarah and Jen at Barkworth are truly brilliant and our dog Walter absolutely loves them! They are professional and incredibly accommodating, often squeezing Walter in for a walk at very short notice (sometimes the same day!). They’re always on time and they send photos of the dogs after their walk which is a lovely touch! Would very strongly recommend!"

"We cannot recommend Sarah and Jenny enough! They have helped our stubborn Frenchie to learn the art of walking, but not only that he absolutely loves them to pieces! You only have to mention their names and he gets so excited. They are very flexible which is great for our family needs, they are very helpful if needed - all in all lovely people. We are sure Otis actually loves them more than he does us and honestly we couldn’t ask for anything more as because of this we 100% trust them with our beloved puppy!"

"Our dog absolutely adores both Sarah and Jenny, she gets so excited for each and every walk. From our very first meeting with Sarah we were made to feel comfortable and our minds were put at ease. We love seeing photos and videos from our dog’s walk. It is great to see her socialising and playing with her doggy friends. We know that our dog is shown so much love and affection when out with both Sarah and Jenny. They treat her like she is one of their own and make her feel special. We can’t thank Sarah and Jenny enough for all they do for our dog. They go above and beyond for all of the dogs in their care."

"I have used Barkworth Dog Walking services for four months after breaking my collar bone. Sarah and Jen are very professional, friendly and very trustworthy. They look after your dog as if it’s their own. Even though I am back to full health, I am still using their services twice a week as my dog loves to go out with them and benefits from socialising with other dogs. I would recommend Sarah and Jen to anyone. They are fantastic."

"I have found Sarah and Jen amazing since Hugo has started walking with them. Hugo is out 4 days per week with the girls and he is amazing socially with other dogs when I take him out. "When looking for someone to walk Lola I wanted someone who would genuinely treat her like family & look after as well as I would. I seriously can't recommend Sarah & Jenny enough, I couldn't ask for anyone better. Lola is one stubborn scottie but they treat her like a princess and accommodate all of her diva demands!"

"Fantastic!! 5 star service!!!! Archie absolutely adores his time with Barkworth Dog walking service. Infact I think he prefers his walks with Sarah and Jenny more than he does with us!! Sarah and Jenny are lovely. They are two peas in a pod and made us feel like Archie was part of their family immediately!
They are extremely professional but make you feel like you’ve known them for years! There have been times I’ve really struggled to get away from work and Barkworth has always been able to accommodate, going above and beyond!! After every walk I get a text to say he’s home safe and pictures of all his adventures! Sarah and Jenny took extra care to come and visit Archie in his home and did some introductory walks to allow Archie to become familiar with them both and made sure Archie is paired up with similar breeds and like minded dogs so that all his walks are relaxed and fun! Would highly recommend this service for anyone wanting the best care for their four legged bestie!"

"After being let down by 2 previous dog walkers, I was recommended Barkworth and I haven't looked back. Sarah and Jenny look after my 4 pups as if they were their own. My dogs love their visits, whether it be for drop in and a cuddle or a walk in the park. The ladies are very accommodating and support me with my ever changing work schedule to ensure my pups are looked after. I cannot recommend Barkworth highly enough. Don't mess about with the rest, give Sarah and Jenny a call!"
